A non-flammable, low global warming potential (GWP) heat transfer fluid capable of reaching -120°C.
Novec™ 7000 is beneficial as a heat transfer fluid for cooling reactors in the chemical processing and pharmaceutical industries. In the semiconductor industry, it is useful for automated test equipment (ATE) and wafer processing equipment.
