Viton™ GF-200S is a low viscosity peroxide-curable fluoropolymer gum that contains 70% fluorine. It offers excellent low-temperature properties and improved resistance to oils and fluids.
Viton™ GF-200S is a fluoroelastomer gum that is manufactured using Advanced Polymer Architecture (APA) technology. Viton™ GF-200S has 70% fluorine content and is composed of hexafluoropropylene (HFP), vinylidene fluoride (VF₂) and tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) with a peroxide cure site.
Viton™ GF-200S offers excellent resistance to aromatic hydrocarbons, alcohols, water, steam, and acids. It endows low-temperature resistance and is easy to process. Viton™ GF-200S can be blended with Viton™ GF-600S for an intermediate viscosity that is needed for some injection molding applications.
