Viton™ AL-300 is a low-viscosity gum fluoropolymer with improved low-temperature flexibility. Viton™ AL-300 is typically cured with Viton™ VC-50 curative.
Viton™ AL-300 is an AL-family fluoroelastomer gum that contains 66% fluorine and is composed of hexafluoropropylene (HFP), vinylidene fluoride (VF₂) and tetrafluoroethylene (TFE).
Viton™ AL-300 is the successor to Viton™ B-70N and has a lower viscosity, better flow, and improved mold release properties. Viton™ AL-300 is recommended for transfer, extrusion, and injection molding applications that require cold-temperature flexibility.
