Viton™ GLT-600S is a medium viscosity peroxide-curable fluoroelastomer with 64% fluorine content. The product offers excellent low-temperature flexibility elastomeric applications.
Viton™ GLT-600S is a fluoroelastomer gum that is manufactured using Advanced Polymer Architecture (APA) technology. Viton™ GLT-600S has 64% fluorine content and is composed of perfluoro-methyl vinyl ether (PMVE) vinylidene fluoride (VF₂) and tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) with a peroxide cure site.
Viton™ GLT-600S offers an optimized molecular weight distribution and excellent low-temperature resistance. Viton™ GLT-600S can be blended with Viton™ GLT-200S for an intermediate viscosity. The product is suitable for a variety of injection and transfer molding applications.
