Overview
Viton™ GF-600S is a fluoroelastomer gum manufactured using Advanced Polymer Architecture (APA) technology. Viton™ GF-600S contains 70% fluorine and is composed of hexafluoropropylene (HFP), vinylidene fluoride (VF₂) and tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) with a peroxide cure site. Viton™ GF-600S offers excellent resistance to aromatic hydrocarbons, alcohols, water, steam, and acids. It is also easy to process and provides low-temperature resistance. Viton™ GF-600S can be blended with Viton™ GF-200S for an intermediate viscosity.
