Tenox™ 4 is 20% butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA) and 20% butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) in a medium of vegetable oil.
Tenox™ Mixed Antioxidant solutions have great solubility in fats and oils and provides carry through effectiveness in baked foods. The solution mixes synthetic antioxidants to prevent oxidation deterioration, thus extending product shelf life.
