Elvacite® 1035 is an acrylic resin with reactive vinyl end groups that can be reacted with other monomers. It is used in coatings, inks, and adhesives.
Elvacite® 1035 is a low molecular weight methyl methacrylate polymer. The end groups of this polymer have reactive vinyl functionality that can undergo further polymerization with monomers like styrene, acrylonitrile, and acrylates. The ultra low molecular weight of Elvacite® 1035 allows for modification of coatings, inks, and adhesives with strict viscosity specifications. When used in a formulation Elvacite® 1035 improves flow and overall durability. It can be used to produce films that are high in gloss, hardness, and chemical resistance.
Appearance: Sold bead
